Friendly and helpful staff organising a travel cot for us in the top room. The bed was ok.

The shower was intermittently hot and cold every 30 seconds. Black mould on the ceiling and in the grout. The toilet is so close to the shower that its almost impossible to sit on it. We live on a busy road and I’m used to street noise at night, but the drunk rowdy noise from people in the street below woke me up several times. Parking was a fair walk from the hotel.

Very friendly staff. Clean & cool room. We had amazing weather so it was just lovely to have a fan and much needed. Definitely be returning.

The bed was creaky. Noise from other guests at 3am but the manager was prompt and helpful in remedying the issue.

The lady who does the cleaning was very helpful and friendly.

The room was very small for a double you had to walk sideways to get round the bed. The shower was completely useless just a trickle kept going cold and stopping completely. It was a good job we we ere only staying one night.

Old, hard pillows, sheet was too small amd popping off the mattress. Bathroom too small for my 6'3 partner and not clean. We had to use the toilet with legs in the bedroom.

Terrible bathroom, shower super small, toilet did not flush properly. Drove around for hours trying to find parking was an effort to get our bags to the accommodation.

The bathroom ceiling was covered in mould, shower head wouldn’t stay up and didn’t have hot water one morning. The bed sheets hadn’t been changed since the last occupant it was covered in beard hair so we slept on top of the cover for the two nights , pillow had a huge brown stain on it, dirty hand prints above the headboard. The blinds had been superglued shut so we couldn’t close them meaning the street opposite us had full view into our room. Room was covered in dust. The only cleaning that had been done was the hoovering

Everything about our stay was perfect, we arrived early and was able to enter our room straight away which was great as we had our dog, room was spotless and very accommodating, bed was really comfortable, property was a stone throw away from the seafront which was great for us, very friendly and welcoming, will definitely return and looking to book again.
