Location!

The greeting on arrival - the landlady was pleasant after she got herself to get her but had assumed everyone had checked in and so wasn’t expecting us. The room smelt damp, the sofa bed wasn’t really useable and the mattress on one of the bunk beds was pretty disgusting…..seriously stained! The shower didn’t drain and the whole place needed a face lift. Repairs hadn’t been completed so the whole place was really shabby. We left after the first night - I contacted Booking.com but no response!!!
