Please note that guests staying on a Saturday or Sunday night may need to change rooms. The hotel will work to avoid this scenario, but when necessary, management will work directly with guests to speed up this process. At least one of the guests registered in each suite must be over 25 years old and will be held accountable for the rest of the suite's occupants. Housekeeping service twice a week. The name on the credit card used for payment must match the name of one of the guests on the reservation. Please note that you will be asked to present the same credit card and official identification at check-in. No refunds will be given for any cancelation or modification made after check-in. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges. Extra beds are not available. A damage deposit of US$250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Great location, clean, and welcoming. The staff was amazing. We loved the room! Loved the breakfast!

The WiFi was spotty and didn’t know that the fitness was not included in the cost until we got there. It costs extra.

The location was perfect, and the staff was amazing. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it would have been nice to have nightly entertainment on the property. Additionally, during staff breaks at the café, service could be slow at times. Having additional staff available to step in during those periods would help ensure uninterrupted service for guests.

The location is nice.

The management and staff at this resort could do much, much better. We had booked two rooms and wanted to check in at 1:30 PM. Neither room was ready yet and would not be ready until 4:00 PM. At 4:00 PM, we went back to the extremely slow reception. The reception staff informed us that both rooms were *still* not ready. What a disgrace! Eventually, we were able to enter our rooms around 4:30 PM, 3 hours after we had arrived and half an hour late according to their own schedule. Additionally, we received no explanation regarding breakfast times, locations, or facilities... Furthermore, there was a loud noise coming from the ventilation in one of the rooms. This was only properly resolved a day later by simply turning off the fan. In other words, the problem has not been solved. Another example of poor management is that, in one of the rooms, the cleaning staff thought we had to check out a day before check-out. They stood in our room twice to ask if we were finally going to check out, even though we had clearly indicated that we would not be checking out until the next day. To make matters worse, our access cards was also blocked, and we couldn't even get into our room. We went back to the slow-working reception and waited for over fifteen minutes, during which only one of our access cards was unblocked. The other cards remained blocked, and we were initially sent away again without explanation or apology. Upon inquiry, the receptionist said that blocking happens more often if the card is held near a phone, but the card was never kept near a phone. It is strange, however, that all three cards were suddenly blocked while one card never left the room and was never near a phone. This, combined with everything that happened that day, was simply a lie. To this day, we still have not received an apology from the receptionist or from the staff who entered our rooms uninvited. We made a comment about this during check-out, but nothing was done about it by the staff.

Location is nice. Several restaurants on premises. Beach is nice.

In 2 days we stayed there we did not get a single smile. All staff members were irritated and not friendly. We travel a lot and I feel like their attitude was just outrageous. Im talking about eye rolling receptionists, housekeeping which was annoyed we were pointing out hair on the floor. Beach closing at 6pm before sunset. Slow restaurant service. Cherry on top was the "security guard " lady who is in charge of the ordering taxi. She would not order the taxi until 7 of us stood outside and would let vans leave with one person. It took us 90 min to leave and then she puts an old couple in our taxi just to mess with us fully understanding that our 7piece luggage will not fit together with theirs. Or if she didn't it was wrong on the next level. Then she told the driver to take us to airport when she knew we are going to cruise terminal. You dont need this stress and frustration on vacation.

⸻ I had an excellent experience with room service—the burger and fish sandwich were both outstanding. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and delivered right on time. The staff were amazing—friendly, attentive, and very professional. A special thank you to the manager Mr. Marcel for the quick response and perfect timing. Your attention to detail truly made the experience seamless and enjoyable. I also want to express my gratitude for the thoughtful surprise prepared for my sister—the greeting card and décor were a beautiful touch and made our stay even more special. Thank you all for going above and beyond. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!
