Very nice and location is very ideal. Many amenities provided onsite.

Great experience from check in to check out. Staff was friendly and helpful, restaurants were a good variety of options and the property always had something to entertain us. Rooms and grounds were always clean we felt safe when walking around and using the facilities.

Wonderful views and perfect for families!

No welcome drinks when we arrived. Limited excursions on certain days.

You need to pay for the gym and they claim 5 stars 😂😂😂 but good food

The view from my room located in the villa building. They're way of dealing with an issue and making the guess feel better.

The fact that there were small roaches in the first room I checked in, in. I hate insects and felt like they were crawling on me at one point.

When my friend and I arrived the staff was beyond accommodating! We got our room upgraded to a higher floor for a better view. We were treated like family and everyone was beyond amazing. The hotel alone is beautiful with so much to do. And let’s talk about the food….first hotel i stay At that the food is really good! If staying here try the ribs plate! In my opinion it’s better than the famous Captain Rib shack! Shout out to Minerva she’s beyond amazing, Sophie she’s also so nice and makes you feel like she’s your aunt! And Ziggy is a great time!!!
