Please note that guests staying on a Saturday or Sunday night may need to change rooms. The hotel will work to avoid this scenario, but when necessary, management will work directly with guests to speed up this process. I cannot say enough about villas at Simpson Bay. The staff were wonderful. Especially Mailin at the beach and Minnie at the villas pool bar. My room was wonderful with a great view. Walking distance to everything. I am already planning a trip for next September. I met so many wonderful people at the resort.

"Fijn hotel met van alle gemakken voorzien op geweldige locatie"

Heerlijk resort met zeer ruime kamer met 'fully furnished kitchen' waar ook echt alles aanwezig was, incl afwasmachine, koffiezetapparaat, allerlei handige keukenmachines en uitgebreid servies. Het balkon was lekker groot en het uitzicht op de Simpson bay en KimSha beach echt geweldig. Hotel ligt vlakbij dit gezellige strand met dito bar. Het hotelpersoneel was prima en erg vriendelijk, weinig gesproken, maar telkens goed geholpen. Het zwembad met zwembad bar was fijn en niet te druk.

Het appartement is binnen over het algemeen wat gedateerd qua inrichting, maar alles is wel aanwezig. Het wordt niet elke dag schoongemaakt, eerder om de dag (beetje jammer voor een 5-sterren locatie). Ook is de Wifi zeer slecht en langzaam. Je kunt wel bijkopen voor 10G snelheid, maar dat is weer prijzig (30 dollar voor 7 dagen), ook dit had ik niet verwacht bij een 5 sterren locatie. Op zaterdag bij het inchecken was het erg rumoerig en druk in de lobby. De lobby oogt ook wat 'shabby', en minder luxe dan verwacht, waardoor geen fijne eerste indruk.
