We had such friendly, but very high standard of professional service. Staff was very accommodating for all our needs.

clean tidy facilities, good breakfast but rooms are a little small.

It was a lovely few days very friendly

The owners were very accommodating and did their utmost to ensure we were comfortable with our stay. They are new owners but are keen to make the hotel their own. There are areas of the hotel that are in need of updating. Our shower did not drain out quickly enough so the shower tray filled up quite a lot when showering.

Rooms very small and dark in places needs more lighting,

Is amazing. comfortable, has a beautiful town and a family atmosphere

Last minute booking - room clean & staff friendly

The whole property is gorgeous, airy, clean and smart. Under new ownership since my last visit, everyone is friendly, happy and willing to listen to suggestions and comments. I booked before the take over, and was in a twin room at the back. Just felt a little vulnerable as a lone woman that people could see in my room without having to try, but other than that, fabulous.

Gorgeous place, lovely location. Staff very hepfull and friendly. Amenities very good.
