Hotel Delhi 37

Terrible hotel. Arrived and shown to room only to find: urine on toilet seat, no soap, no towels, no toilet paper, shower was a little trickle. Floors, walls very dirty, hadn't been washed for who knows how long. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone from North America.

Room - Clean bed sheets, blanket and towels. Well ventilated. Spacious as shown in pictures. Wifi - I liked the wifi speed. Business trips are made successful only because of good wifi speed :) Bathroom - Clean enough. No toiletries though, but can't complain as i already had those. Staff - Staff seems new and unorganized. Overall a decent experience.

Good location close to airport hardly 15 mins if travelling by car. The stay was plesant and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Food quality is satisfactory and for a business trip the hotel is perfect for your stay. Highly recommend...

No toiletries in toilet (in my case I didn't find toothbrush, toothpaste and hair dryer). When I enquired reception, they said that toiletries never provided in this hotel. (strange!!) No complementary water bottle. Room was dirty, though it doesn't look dirty due to dim lights installed in the room. Definitely not recommended to families who have infant babies. Hotel Staff expect tip even in doing their normal job!

Location is good. Breakfest is very bad. AC is very noisy.

The entrance to the hotel seems a bit dark but the rooms are quiet comfortable and clean. They gave me a room at back side but they politely agreed to give me the room in the front side. The food as per the hotel standard was fine with no complaints. They should have bright lights in the day time too in the reception area.

The view outside my room was amazing. I could see the flights to and fro at a close distance. The room was huge with all basic requirements available. Spotless bathroom and clean bed sheets and towels. The airport pick-up and drop service was quiet efficient at a nominal price. Liked it completely.

I checked in at 3.00am after a late arrival at Dehli airport and besides the fact that the front desk person was sleeping on the couch (I had to wake him up), was not greeted properly and was then taken to my room which was dirty & had NO bedsheets/pillow cover, NO towels and NO toilet paper... I requested that these be brought to me but they never did bring them... so I had no choice but to do without them. To top it all off at 7.00am hotel staff started speaking loudly in the hallways without any consideration for guests and I could hear the street traffic and construction noises through my window... had the worst night of my life...

I had a short stay in this hotel last year and the hotel facilities and conditions were quiet poor, the linens were very dirty and rooms had a bad smell. The lift was not working too. For my recent visit i searched for hotels and checked the recent reviews of this hotel and found them quiet good, so i booked this hotel again but was doubtful. To my surprise, this hotel which is at a perfect location near to Airport, has improved a lot. They now have a new lift, thank god, didn't had to climb two floors after a tiring flight. Room was very clean and fresh with spotless linens. Room service was quiet quick and food was amazing.
