"Hotel price and facilities not as advertised"

Wifi didn't work in our room. I paid 1200 RS for an extra guest when I booked the hotel online, then when we checked out they made me pay another 500 RS for the crappy thin mattress they provided for my daughter. The restaurant had a decent menu, but they were only willing/able to prepare a handful of items off the menu, so we ended up eating elsewhere For the price we paid I would have expected toiletries in the bathroom, but there weren't any. Overall a very disappointing hotel. There are many other hotels in this area, pick another one!

"Close to Airport and Ambience thats it !"

Pros: -Close to Airport and Ambience Mall -Tea was good. However charged double for lesser servings. typical of budget hotel. Cons: -Untidy room. Bed was v noisy -2 star hotel. -Cleanliness was issue. -Toiletries were improper -LED was not working. old swithces. Only good for a day stop over. Look for other options nearby with better reviews. May be Aerocity or International INN or smwhere ur friend has stayed and can recommend. lots of options as all hotels are in row.

"horrible hotel"

Horrible hotel. Situated on a busy high way, even though it was close to the airport. General appearance past the lobby, very dirty. Bad restaurant, the worst breakfast ever. Only two nice staff.

"Fine Enough"

Great hotel. I liked the food too. Good location. Nice staff. Really clean. Wifi was not working but got it fixed real soon after one complaint. Liked the prompt service.

Best for a peaceful overnight stay before a connecting flight. USP is location, pick up n drop facilities, friendly staff. Overall a good place to stay a thumbs up from me.

"Hotel smell like kerosene everywhere, dont go here"

worst experience, I just had to stay for 5 hours, before catching a flight. The room I was alloted smelled like kerosene, very very suffocating. I asked them to change my room, which the did, but the next room smeled the same, they told everywhere it is going to be the same. In direct words, do not stay here !!!!

"' PATHETIC'"

The hotel had no idea on Booking made by them and kept me waiting at the reception for two hours before allotting the room. The rooms very bad with dirty linen and unclean toilets. There were people drinking in the car outside the gate of the hotel .. totally unsafe place if travelling with family.
