"Great place to stay."

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. Nice freshly cooked breakfast, the scrambled eggs and mackerel made a nice change. The food in the pub restaurant was lovely and good value. Would definitely stay again if looking for a hotel in the area.

"Steep stairs to the bathroom"

The breakfast was good but we should be given the price option of no breakfast.

We really disliked the steep stairs to the bathroom from our bedroom. It was really inconvenient and no warning was given in the written description of the room. Unforgivable. If you are considering staying here make sure you are aware.

Plenty of parking, nice food, friendly staff

Takeaway breakfast could have been better ie carton of juice, fresher fruit. Not very filling.
