The decor, the food, the staff, the room was really nice and the staff left us a lovely sign and two mini bottles of prosecco as we were newly weds.

Exceptionally clean. Nice decor and comfortable bed. Staff are very friendly and warm but professional. Would recommend to anyone travelling to Dymchurch area.

My only concern were the steep stairs.

Staff were really nice and attentive - layout was quirky and only just managed to get up stairs and bed was comfy

We called about an hour before we got there to see if we needed to book a table for dinner - and booking was made. However when we arrived almost the entire menu had sold out with no main option suitable for my wife. This was disappointing as it could have been mentioned when we called as we would have meds alternative arrangements

The light room and ensuite bathroom. Super size super comfy bed. Food choice was restricted but burger was v good. Walkable into the village and to the steam train station. Lovely countrside around. Lots of parking. Nice grass garden with benches, cosy huts and decking. Pub has lots of interesting areas for seating/having a meal.

1. Restricted food choice not mentioned as chef on holiday. Just burgers but OK for two nights but no more. 2. Room large Windows did not open, painted shut I think, and it was v hot in the room, v sunny days and windows facing south. 3. Room above the kitchens? Noisy and smoke came through the small window which we could open in bathroom.

There was nothing to dislike it was perfect for us the staff where lovely thank you

The only problem was the stairs case but new about this before, we had the golden room,the shower was ok but the fixtures was alittle bit worn,especially the soap dish,I actually forgot to tell them before we left but otherwise great stay would stay there again thank you, o ye possible rubber mat for the shower no grip
