The warm, friendly welcome from the lovely owners, Tony and Steve. Delicious breakfast. Proximity to the beach and centre of Bridlington. Quiet, nicely furnished and very comfortable room.

My sister and I stayed in room 1 and it was so quiet, very clean and cosy and beds were really comfy, Steve and tony the owners were very welcoming and very friendly and chatty. They thought of everything - robes and slippers, make up wipes cotton wool, bottled water, yummy homemade cookies, chocolate on pillow. Breakfast excellent although we don’t eat fry ups there was plenty of cereals, yoghurt and toast. Close to the beach and spa theatre and only 15 mins walk into town, we were also given a discount card to use in certain places which we mainly used in seacourt hotel - a 5 minute walk away and do delicious food. We would definitely come here again

Hosts were lovely. Little touches made all the difference. Cotton balls in bathroom, robes, slippers. Chocolate on the pillow and homemade shortbread. Breakfast was excellent.

Nothing I didn't like. Except parking 400 yards up the road.

We loved everything it was clean both hosts were lovely very welcoming it was very homely extra touches like chocolates and homemade shortbread which was beautiful and the breakfast was just perfect! And fab location
