It was very clean and in a perfect location and the hosts were very friendly and informative about where to go and things to do.

All the little touches in the room like the robes and slippers, make up removal bits, extra mirrors for getting ready, iron, fan, home baked shortbread and other things were so well thought out and it just showed how much the owners put into providing the best customer service they could, however that was clear on arrival with a lovely welcome as soon as we came in yesterday. The bed was ridiculously comfy, neither of us have slept like that in years... we didn't want to get up! Breakfast was phenomenal, we both opted for a cooked breakfast which was top quality and cooked to perfection alongside beautiful orange juice and a large cafetiere of coffee. Service was lovely at breakfast too, really friendly and lovely conversation. We will definitely be back, couldn't fault it... only that we didn't book for long enough!

Nothing not to like!

the hosts were great and very welcoming. They were interested in why we were there in bridlington and very engaging. The bed was one of the comfiest I have ever been in. I was going to go to the beach front to watch the sunrise after a good nights sleep but because the bed was so comfy, I overslept, what a great sleep. The breakfast was tasty, it was full English and was great. The shower was good and the whole experience was great!

nothing apart from perhaps the parking, but we managed a space only 50 yards away so even that was good so no dramas. It would not put me off from booking here again.

We were made very welcome. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. We had a lovely cooked breakfast. There is plenty of tea & coffee in the bedroom. Loved the homemade shortbread. Thank you, Steve & and Tony, for a lovely short break in Bridlington

Parking was on the street and was safe.

There were no good dinner options available so we walked the short distance to the beach and picnicked in chilly weather. Arrival was expected earlier than we could arrive and it was pointed out that we were late. It's hard to arrive as early as they expect.

Breakfast was included in our booking, the fruit bowl had been freshly prepared and all cooked breakfast options were cooked on order. Fresh milk was also available to have with tea/coffee in the room. Steve and Tony are excellent hosts, very welcoming and friendly, helpful and informative.

Tge rooms are fantastic with full tea coffee facilities, homemade biscuits, robe, slippers and toiletries. Breakfast is wonderful cooked just for you. Location great as quiet but very near beach. Host really friendly and helpful.

Nothing really apart from a little climb upstairs to the top floor bedrooms but manageable.

Great 2 night stay, Steve and Tony went to great lengths to ensure all our needs were met. Very friendly and comfortable guest house and a lovely breakfast. Would recommend and will book again

Our room was very well appointed and comfortable (especially having the seating to relax in). Hope we can enjoy your company again in the not too distant future!!
