地理位置非常好就在火車站對面，出行食玩買方便，房間很舒服，值得推薦！

朝食会場は満席にせずに料理が取りやすいように配慮されていました。なので回転も早くあまり並ばなくもいいように工夫されているのではと感じました。大浴場も広くゆっくり利用できました。またスタッフさんの対応が良かったです。

I frequently booked and stayed in Dormy Inn with breakfast included during past visits to Japan. I booked one night in Dormy Inn Tomakomai and 2 nights in Otaru for this trip. I was sure the I booked rooms inclusive of breakfast because my wife and I like the breakfast but we were told breakfast is not included. Don’t understand what happened. Anyway, we paid for the breakfast in Tomakomai and not eat breakfast in Otaru.

Excellent staff. Friendly and professional. Great room and excellent onsen

My first impression was of a cheap tourist hotel. Indeed the room was small, a bit Spartan and well worn. However, the public spaces are excellent, in particular the hot springs public bath was great. They have free washing machines including soap (200 yen for dryer), free ramen service in the evening and free coffee in the lobby ( in addition to coffee on the room). Location is good, next to main train station, and a reasonable walk to the local sites.
