Clean rooms and in a great location

There is free ice cream after bath and free night time snack offered at this location. They also have instructions in multiple languages via QR code and guide video for onsen etiquette which was very helpful for me.

I was not prepared to stay in a room with cracked sink, old and dirty carpet and dirty walls. I contacted the front-desk and requested to change the room. I was told that most of the rooms were the same condition. Sure enough, I checked another available room, it was the same. One the positive side, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. It was definitely worth the money if you don't mind a less than desirable room.

酒店就在小樽JR對面交通非常方便，步行2分鐘到三角市場，酒店樓下有藥妝店、甜品店，對面有激安殿堂及超市，地點非常優越，酒店步行數分鐘到運河沿途風景非常舒適，而且酒店內有溫泉泡浴，早餐非常豐富，值得推薦

小樽へ行った時の常宿です。今回は女房と一緒で温泉があった方が良いと言う事で広い浴場が有って満足してた様です。駅も近いし凄く便利です、接客対応も良かったですよ。

The staff can be more helpful. We were the only ones checking in. It would be a lot more efficient if the staff instead of standing by the check in machine instructing us each step but keying in the required info for us. He didn’t provide us any info about the hotel facilities and the operating hours. I had to look them up.
