"Good hotel but need renovation"

We enjoyed the onsen and sauna at Dormy Inn. It is clean and have complimentary Yakult Drink and ice cream. Hotel also have complimentary ramen at night which is much appreciated. Room is small as with most Japanese hotels. Room is quite old and need upgrading. It is about 15 mins walk to the Niigata Station.

枕カバーやシーツが臭いを発していて寝ようとしたら具合が悪くなりました。 洗濯されてるのでしょうけど、ちょっと確認が必要なのではなおでしょうか？

温泉、とてもよかったです。朝食もおいしかったのですが、価格を考えると、ちょっと高いと思います。 夜の0時頃まで上の階からのドタドタという音が非常に響いて夜中もこのままだったらどうしようかと思いましたが、止んだので良かったです。音が響きやすい構造なのでしょうね。
