年末年始の帰省のために利用しました。滞在中に震災に遭ってしまいましたが、宿の方の対応がとてもよかったです。非常食の提供をしていただいたり、怪我がないかの確認で全部屋まわっていたようです。また新潟に来るときは利用させていただこうと思います。ありがとうございました。

今回、初めて和室タイプにしたのですが、その日は風が強かったせいもあり、風切音がすごかったです。 それ以外の部分は、全く問題無い環境だったと思います。 大浴場が男性は屋上になるので、天気が良いと気持ち良いです。

Very clean, convenient to the JR station (5-10 minute walk). The rooftop onsen is nice as well! The staff is very helpful!
