温泉あり、風呂上がりのアイスクリームや2130〜2300までのラーメンサーヴィスなど、素晴らしいおもてなしでした。 ホテルズドットコムで予約しても朝食が含まれるプランがあると良いですね。 朝食は充実していますが、別途支払いは1,800円と高い気がします。

とても清潔で嫌な匂いも無く快適に過ごせました。チェックインチェックアウトなどスタッフさんもスマートに対応していただきスムーズでした。フロント以外ですれ違うスタッフさんも笑顔で会釈やさっとエレベーターのボタンを押してくれたりサービス精神が素敵だなぁと感じました。天然温泉も良かったです（脱衣所の冷房が強くキンキンに冷えていて夏なら気持ち良いのかもしれませんがさすがに10月だったので寒くて直ぐに体も冷えてしまったのが少し残念でした）お部屋はモデレートダブルルームでベッド以外のスペースは狭めですが、小さなスーツケースは広げる事ができコンパクトですが私には充分な広さでした。新潟再訪の時はまた利用させてもらうと思います。

朝食が美味しく、夜食などのサービスも良かったと思います。部屋は予想以上にコンパクトでした。脱衣所が人数の割に埋まっているロッカーが多いのが、謎でした。
