Secrets Inn Lake Tahoe

The jets on the spa bath did not work. And that was the main reason I stayed there

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. We paid for a better room, but ended up in a very small one with barely any space, even for our suitcase. We had to keep the suitcase behind the door, and every time we wanted to open the door, we needed to move it, which was very inconvenient. The room had wine glasses and a bucket, but no wine opener, which didn’t make any sense. Also, no water was provided, and there was no vending machine in the hotel to buy any. The hot tub is extremely small, really just for one person. Another important thing is that there is no real privacy for the bathroom or shower, so if that matters to you, this is not a good place to stay. Overall, I expected much more for the price we paid.

It is warm and cozy

Updated Had a little difficulty getting security deposit back. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay. Room was clean and spacious.

Absolutely filthy. No hot water morning or night loud banging, could not sleep. Worst experience ever. Do not stay here. Sleep in your car before staying here
