The shower and jacuzzi were great!

They have a long list of things they can charge you for--stains on the sheets, carpets, and even their keys. Instead of giving you the reusable keys that can be easily replaced, they give you a fob that costs $75 to replace. They seem to invent reasons to charge you for something.

We had a great stay! Very comfortable. Close to all the activities in town. Very recommended

My boyfriend and I like how close the inn was to the center of everything. The staff was nice and courteous and provided us with after hours checkin instructions over the phone to ensure it all went smoothly. There were plenty of parking spots in the back of the building, so we were able to park our car there after arriving late and all the spots in the front were taken. We got assigned the ADA room and the bathroom was huge. The bed was very clean and comfortable to sleep in. The room had all the amenities we needed - hair dryer, mini fridge, extra towels, soap and shampoo. The fireplace was a nice thing to have as it kept us warm and toasty after returning from snowboarding all day. We would definitely stay here again.

The unexpected changes that were made to the hotel. This wasn’t the Same Secrets Hotel I remember 10 years ago. It was my Girlfriend’s birthday and was disappointed .

I loved the Jacuzzi tub, and we even got HBO.

Water heater couldn't it be set more hot . Wasn't hot enough for Us.Other than that.its all good.

Water temperature for the showers and jacuzzi needs to be hotter.
