I booked a room thinking there was going to be a pool. I arrived the pool was not functioning. No one bothered to mention this problem prior to booking. I heard people complaining about the same issues. Rooms were not clean, my room was not ready, I got to the room and the cleaning lady was making the beds

"We did not stay at all and went to another hotel and was not issued a refund."

Our room was dirty. There was writing in our bathroom on the lights, there was multiple stains on our bed with holes in it that also had stains and the room smelled really bad
