Convenience

Appeared to be in much disrepair. The security lock inside the room on the door was broken. The shower head was secured with electrical tape. Holes in the wall. There was a cover missing off the desk area with nails exposed that snagged my clothing when I was sitting at the desk. Hallway carpet was very dirty and needed scrubbing or even replaced. A floorlamp was missing a bulb. Top drawer of dresser kept sliding open. Finally wedged some paper in it to it would stay closed. Stoppers were missing from sinks and bathtub. When toilet was flushed, something would hit in the tank would hit the lid and make a loud noise. We will not be staying here again.

Convenient location. Good value. Nice breakfast. Staff in general very nice.

Hallways could be cleaner.

Convenience and price. Place was clean.

TV didn't work. Although the hotel isn't very old, it appeared run down and in poor maintenance.

There was a free breakfast Continental Style but they had the same things over and over but it's better than other places

On arrival room smelled like somebody died in there I had to call front desk by my phone because the room phone was not working I looked around for the smell and that was old food in the microwave the microwave was dirty the bed linen top sheet was dirty at the edge looked like maybe a footprint not enough towels in the restroom love two bath towels and that was it I was there to rest but every morning I was there somebody would knock at the door the housekeeping and say do you need anything they never came in the room parking was not good because they allowed some working guy with the truck in a long trailer park at the very front long ways taking up at least eight parking spaces so I had to park far away in the dark and then I have to leave because they said it was Texas Tech parents weekend and that the prices were going to go up to $500 a night does all of this going on I didn't think it was worth even half the 500 so I left

Convenient to freeway

This place is filthy, The floors are crumbly, the shower has mildew, and there is a rusty nail left on the bathroom floor.

The young woman who checked me in seemed tense and distracted. The room was clean, quiet and well appointed, but the common areas, especially around the elevators, were very beat up and worn. The breakfast was very typical of what I’ve come to expect for “free”.

Room bedding had stains, carpet torn, tv didn’t work no receiver found, remote missing back battery cover.
