GRThe interior design of the hotel is 5* luxury, the grounds are beautiful. It could be run so much better. So many nicely decorated areas in the hotel, could stay there all day long if it didn't seem so unattended in the F&B department.
This hotel could be charging three times as much if it had some atmosphere. They need to play down on the wellness and get some serious consulting around F&B which is completely lacking in all aspects. Unacceptable with such a beautiful hotel not to make full use of it's bar and restaurant. Team up with an international luxury hotel brand and the hotel will get it's missing life aspect. "Wellness" is not an excuse not to have proper fixed menu's, permanently staffed bar, pool service and to have reduced restaurant hours/menus.

Room that was allocated to us , the aircon was not working .Bthroom cabinet was leaking with water.
