Lovely old hotel, lots of history. Staff was very responsive. TV wasn’t working in our room. No way to make it work. They moved us to an absolutely wonderful room. Very happy with our experience.

View on the lake was great, if you were outside. Was disappointed in the Inn. Pillows were very uncomfortable, view we got on our ground floor room was awful.Didn't appreciate the parking lot view. The front staff really didn't explain where everything was, eg, the ice machine, where to leave the key when we checked out, Also the entrance from the Inn to the restaurant was locked when we tried to go in around 10:00pm for a cocktail.
