Beautiful hotel, in a stunning location and wonderful staff

My whole family loved this hotel. The pools, the rooms, the saunas and the location are a short walk to selva square and championi gondola.

Everything, this hotel was beautiful and the attention to the details was insane. Beautiful decorations, excellent service and a great breakfast buffet.

The bed was small and a little hard for my taste.

The property was absolutely stunning and we had an amazing experience from day 1. The room was incredibly clean and spacious with fresh towels and a clean provided every day. The hotel facilities and spa were beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The interior and exterior of the hotel were fabulous and the view from the hotel room balcony and surrounding facilities was stunning. The hotel was in great location with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The hotel was also in a great locationt location in regard to accessing popular destinations such as Seceda and Alpe Di Suis. The staff were excellent and we felt the service from breakfast to late night drinks did not lessen. The stafff were so friendly and always willing to help and provide the best service. Overall, we cannot recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be back if we visit the dolomites in the future.

We found that the WiFi connection kept cutting in and out throughout certain parts of the hotel. There was also disruptive guests in the pool who were jumping and splashing people despite it being a spa and wellness centre but this is no fault of the staff.

It was perfect for our stay

Our second visit to Hotel Portillo. This time we had a classic double on the front of the property which was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. We were on a B&B basis and the breakfasts were excellent. The staff are all lovely friendly and helpful. The spa is one of the reasons we returned to the hotel, it is great and never too busy in our experience. Lounging in the outdoor pool looking up at the snowy Dolomites in the sunset a particular delight.

Our bed was a little uncomfortable and I missed my home comfort pillow. Apart from that, largely flawless.
