First of all I would like to thank you for the room we were given. It was a very nice gesture. I think the hotel was one of the best I have stayed in. The service was very nice, the breakfasts were delicious and the room was clean. There is a beautiful spa with pool and sauns. Our room was furnished like a mountain cottage which was very nice and we spend an unforgettable time there. And finaly thank you for the gift.

Modern hotel in chalet style with all desirable facilities, very nice and spacious spa and pool area, enjoyed Dinner and drinks in the garden, friendly and helpful staff.

Beautiful hotel in stunning location. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices

There was no water, tea/coffee in the rooms. We had to pay for bottled water, this should be included

The restaurant was not really good at night, way overpriced. Other restaurants in town for the same cost will provide better dishes overall

"Brilliant from start to end."

Our stay was exceptional. We arrived late owing to snow, but the excellent staff kept the kitchen open for us long past normal closing time so we didn't go to bed hungry. The hotel was clean and really very pleasant throughout. The spa was great, breakfast was great and the staff were brilliant. We left saying that Hotel Portillo not only exceeded our expectations, but was actually probably the most relaxing hotel we'd ever stayed in

"Amazing hotel with spa"

Hotel is located in beautiful Selva di Val Gardena. Property has amazing mountain design with elegant indoor swimming pool and outdoor heated pool with Mountain View. Great location for hiking. Loved it.

We felt a bit hot to sleep.
