Breakfast is fabulous Rooms are great Staff helpful, nothing is too much trouble Facilities and spa are really good Everything is spotless Feels luxurious

Only minor negative is we were at front of hotel so were closer to the road , however, the road is reasonably quiet at night Fridge in room quite small.

The staff were incredibly friendly, not sure if it’s family run, but I got that impression. They upgraded our room once they learned it was our honeymoon. They gave us complimentary welcome drinks and 10% off a dinner. The Turkish bath area and pool were included in the price. The breakfast was included in the price. The location was excellent, right next to a bus stop (which they gave us passes) and walking distance to the main downtown area. Overall, it was an incredible stay!

No constructive criticism, it was excellent!

Blown away by Selva- Val Gardina in the Dolomites and blown away by this amazing hotel. The room was huge and beautifully styled in modern alpine decor. Huge windows, massive balcony with spectacular views in every direction. Walk in wardrobe. Super comfy bed and pillows. Fabulous breakfast. Super lovely staff, and caring family that own the hotel. Outdoor pool was fantastic. Huge indoor pool and saunas. Daily activities available through the tourist office. Never wanted to leave and will definitely be back again .

The staff were very friendly. I booked a single room which was spacious and had a very nice balcony with a few of Val Gardena town. While I didn’t use the spa facilities they looked amazing and the continental breakfast was good.

A fan in the room during summers would be nice.

Great staff, location, cleanliness, views, transportation directly in front, breakfast is quite good, comfortable beds, good shower…nothing to fault. We had an excellent stay & would definitely return.

Every detail about the hotel was done with great taste and quality. The cleanliness is more than exceptional and the staff are amazing!

The pool hours are a bit short and there’s no massage or spa service in the summer
