"Bellow average and overpriced for what it is"

Room was ok but smelt like smokers and animals

Manager had no idea about booikng didnt understand how to use efpos and tried to over charge me.get in early not enough carparks,and power points in room didnt work

The room was large with a comfy king bed, the bathroom was large and clean.

The bathroom needed a few more hooks or towel racks, no toaster, one set of cutlery, no bedside lamps. The outside appearance was in need of care.

Disgustingly dirty, no staff on site to check in, no marked reception, parking is a nightmare, visible dirt, hair, grime, grittiness on floors & furniture. Stains and leaks. Dead bugs. Had to call someone to check in and was given a code to a key box with access to ALL the keys in the complex and told to take our number. Suspected two way mirror, see in image how there’s no ‘gap’ between the finger and the reflection. Normal mirrors show a ‘gap’ between - try it on yours. They tried to give us another room but it was just as dirty. Did not stay and got our room refunded.
