"Disgustingly treated."

Didn't like the hotel staff calling me and demanding I payid them immediately because they had another person wanting my room for the night. I was confirmed to book-in after 11pm-12am. They said it was too late for them to wait and if I didn't payid them immediately, they would cancel my booking and give it to the person they claimed was there waiting for a room. So my view on S1 now is very very poor. And I have stayed there on many occasions before. I will not stay there ever again.

Room was modern, clean and comfortable. We had a late check in (7pm) which was amazing as we were travelling. Very impressed by staff member who checked us in, she was polite and friendly.
