Excellent location, close to the town, as well as mountain trails. Very delicious breakfast. The room has everything you could need and is spotless clean. The temperature inside was very pleasantly warm.

There wasn't anything we didn't like!

"Good location"

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Krupówki Street, making it easy to explore the area, restaurants, and shops.The breakfast was good, with a nice selection of fresh and tasty options. Our room was spacious, well-decorated, and comfortable, and the balcony was a lovely bonus.

The only downside was that the pillows had an unpleasant odor, which affected our comfort during the stay. They haven’t been washed for a while . The bathrobe was too small and felt unsuitable for an average adult guest.

We stayed in a spacious mountain-view room on the 5th floor, and the view was absolutely amazing. The bed was spacious and comfortable, and the room was nicely decorated.The room was warm as it’s next to the sauna and jacuzzi area.The breakfast was good, and the location is excellent—just a short walk from Krupówki Street, making it easy to explore the town, restaurants, and shops.

The bedding did not meet 5-star standards. The top sheet was noticeably too short for the bed and did not provide adequate coverage, making the bed look untidy. The pillows also had an unpleasant odor and seemed as though they had not been properly washed or refreshed for some time, which impacted our comfort. The bathrobe was too small and felt unsuitable for an average adult guest.
