Bardzo dobra lokalizacja hotelu, wszędzie blisko. Widok na góry z pokoju to super sprawa. Bardzo dobre urozmaicone śniadania.

Głośna klimatyzacja, niestety bez włączonej klimy duszno, brak świeżego powietrza.

"Nem Vendégbarát szálloda!"

Alapjaban veve ez egy jo szalloda! Jo az elhelyezkedese! A reggeli egy eros negyes.

Másodszor voltunk a szállodában es mar a megérkezéskor kezdődtek a problémák,először is hiába írtam üzenetet,hogy biztosítsanak parkolóhelyet,erre nem válaszoltak,majd közöltek,hogy nincs szabad hely,pedig láthatóan három is volt! Közöltek,hogy menjek el parkolni egy másik messzebb helyen levő parkolóba!Majd a szobakulcsot átvéve felmentünk es szembesültünk azzal,hogy egy a lefoglalt szobánál kb. 10-12 m2 -rel kisebb szobát adtak! Azonnal reklamációval éltünk, ezután hosszas várakozás következett,mert összeomlott a szamitogepes rendszer, nagy nehezen kaptunk új szobát,ahova az új kártyával nem tudtunk bemenni! Ismét visszamentünk a recepcióra, majd egy alkalmazott a mesterkulccsal beengedett a szobába es közölte,hogy várnunk kell a kulcsainkra,amit aztán fel óra múlva megkaptunk! Ezek után már nem szóltak,hogy álljak el a parkolóhelyről,viszont az auto mellé beparkoltattak úgy egy másik autót,hogy két napid nem tudtam használni a saját kocsimat,mert a vezető oldalon a két kocsi között kb. 30 cm hely volt, tehát nem tudtam kinyitni annyira az ajtót,hogy beszálljak!Nem értem a szállás üzletpolitikáját,mivel előre közöltük,hogy már voltunk itt,tehát ismerjük a szobatipust,mégis megprobáltak egy alacsonyabb áru szobába tenni minket! Ezekután,hogy ilyen körülmények voltak a parkolásnál,azért a teljes áru parkolást,ami 240 zloty, azt elkérték! Elvártam volna,hogy ennyi kellemetlenség után,legalább azt engedjék el!A feltöltött fotón a fehér autó az enyém!

Pyszne urozmaicone śniadania, bardzo czysto i przestronnie.

Jedna z pań przy śniadaniu nie była zbyt miła kiedy moja współlokatorka nie wiedziała jak obsłużyć gofrownicę.
