Hotel Buenavista

Just needed a cheap no-nonsense bed for a few nights. Totally adequate

Room was lacking - first thing that hit me as i entered the room was the smell (old and musty), not all the electrical outlets were in working order, thin walls (you can hear people in adjacent rooms). On the plus side, the view from the balcony was great and the hotel is very central, a stone's throw from the beach/paseo maritimo and close to the restaurants and other amenities.

the room was very clean ( every day it was cleaned ). if we had any problems , ( only one ) it was sorted immediately. we had a room with a balcony overlooking the beach with table and chairs. out of the back of the Hotel were all the shops etc ... it is a central location and we really enjoyed our stay there , the whole staff made us feel comfortable and welcome . i would recommend Hotel Buena Vista and would go again if we go to Estepona . easy walking distance to the harbour too where there are more restaraunts and a Sunday Market . the only downside is that there was no kettle in the room to make a morning cuppa .

The hotel location was very convenient, being just across the street from the beach and very convenient for our pick up for our day trip to Morocco. The fact that breakfast was not available was a bit problematic because we had to be out early for our day trip and nothing in the neighborhood was open.

The hotel has a great location on the beach. Rooms are simple but are there only for sleeping so that is OK. The negative part of the experience was that on arrival the woman at the counter was not very friendly and certainly did NOT make us feel welcome.

Perfect location, perfect room for me. I stayed alone, after travelling to my cousins wedding. Room was perfect for my needs. I got to walk along the beach in the morning and go to the shops whenever I fancied. Ideal location

Very comfortable with a beautiful view of the sea. Basic but spotlessly clean and wonderfully located.

As a 1 star, this hotel was just what we needed. Stayed there New Years Eve, a little noisy outside but to be expected.

I was so surprised that my room was overlooking the ocean. It was just a dream, room was spacious enough and also washroom. staff did not speak English good enough to communicate. Superb location and price.
