"overrated"

THERE was very little space to move in the 'double room' and found there wasn't any cold water at all. housekeeping was poor, and there wasn't any towels in the room. there were a lot of 'hidden charges' to my bill which i did not think i should have been charged for,like a charge for breakfast in my room, unavoidable as i could not take my dog into the dining room.

"Wonderful Service"

This is a beautiful hotel and the staff were extremely helpful and kind. The food was very reasonably priced and delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel and will be returning for a longer stay.
