Hotel Flora Düsseldorf

Arrivati per occupare la camera scopriamo che ci hanno messo in una struttura esterna non loro a 200 mt. di distanza dall'Hotel al 4° piano di un palazzo senza ascensore. Il tutto senza averci avvisato pur avendo prenotato la stanza 5 mesi prima. Inqualificabili!

Schönes, großes Zimmer mit gemütlicher Sitzgelegenheit (Sessel und Sofabank), zwei gute Matratzen, schönes Bad, sehr freundlicher Empfang, gutes Frühstück. Einziges Manko vielleicht: der etwas sehr mitgenommende Teppichboden (war aber sauber). Und wirklich dicke Personen würden nicht durch die Schiebetür der Dusche passen (gilt leider für vielen Hotels).

Kaldığım oda arka cephede olduğu için sessizdi.Otel konum olarak merkeze yakın.Temizlik hergün düzenli yapıldı.Personel ilgiliydi.

Waren zwar nur eine nacht da aber es war dennoch ein recht schöner Aufenthalt.

Central beliggenhed. Helt rimelig pris ift. Standarden.

Tycker allt var jättebra. Tycker bara att frukosten skulle ingå i bokningen, och att man inte skulle behöva betala för den. Lite dyrt tyckte jag

My review for this hotel is neutral, not happy nor upset. The prices are good and the staff are friendly. Also it is clean. However, this hotel is rated 4-stars but diffenately it is not. It should be rated 3-stars. I did not try the food so I have no idea. The location is OK. The parking lot is too small (it was hard to get in and out) and slightly expensive (I paid €60 for 4 days) . The room size is OK and it has A/C as well, but the remote control battery was dead and we had to wait to the next day to get new battery. In addition, the A/C was making a noise every 10 or 15 minutes and when I report this to the hotel reception they told me that they can't do anything about it!
