Hotel Flora Düsseldorf

Staffs are very nice people. But isn’t no parking in the hotel building. You will need to pay outside the hotel.

Air conditioning not working. Room very hot. Could not sleep.

This is not 4 star according to me this is 2 star hotel

I stayed one night and I think the hotel is suitable for a short stay especially that cost of stay is considered competitive

I'm wondering how the star system works. This is by far NOT a 4 star hotel. Or it was a 4* in 1980. The rooms are very outdated, no real parking (quickly full and you have to drive for 20 minutes around to find a spot. At least the breakfast buffet is very nice and complete.

Hotel is close to a transport link that goes directly to the Hauptbahnhof, Tickets can be purchased on the tram by a machine on there. Hotel staff were helpful, polite and quick to check you in and help with anything, very organised. Hotel room was lovely and clean with beds made everyday and they left sweets everytime they came into the room. WiFi in the room was great quality. The TV in the room provided a wide variety of channels. The hotel also provides the option of breakfast. The hotel provides everything you need to enjoy your stay in the city!

Clean room, comfortable bed, and good bathroom. Good price too. Didn't eat there, as we ate out with friends we were visiting, but it look appealing on our way out. Only negatives were the room was small, but suited us as we only used it for sleeping and bathroom, and traffic noise, but it's near the centre of a busy city, so not the hotel's fault. Would happily recommend.

This hotel cost more than a 4 star fantastic one we stayed at the previous night and was not half as good. Did the job, clean bed, just tired and dated, needs new carpets! Staff seem disinterested.
