Very helpful staff. No parking at hotel but can park close by on street.

The hotel was lovely although my room was in an adjacent annex which meant climbing up and down stairs to get in and out of the room, would be great in the main part though.

The room was spacious and very clean, the Hotel is not near the train station but this is actually a positive. The train is just around the corner and the front desk was kind enough to give us some highlights of the city and map them out!

The hotel was good value for money. I didn't have the breakfast but the room was a good size for a single bed room, very clean with a little porch for relaxing. The location was great very near to public transport. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

It was a nice comfortable stay for us. The location of the hotel has great advantage of transportation. The staffs are cordial and helpful.

Not the best place to stay. Definitely not 4 star hotel. Very cold in the room during winter time. Housekeeper turn of the hitter during the day, when we were out. It's really not nice to come back to the hotel in the evening, after all day walk wile it was raining, and find out that you room is colder then outside.

I booked a stay at this hotel thinking it was going to be like all other hotels that we have stayed at. I was wrong! They gave us a beautiful clean apartment with a balcony. The bed was very soft and comfy. The only thing missing was complementary tea/coffee. There was also no wifi for the apartment. I didn't ask the front desk about it though, so it might be available in the apartment and we just didn't know about it. What a great stay, would for sure book here again!

We had an apartment which was separate to the hotel but had its own facilities for everything we needed having a 2 year old (cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave). The apartment was up three flights of stairs and with no lift was a struggle (for me) carrying the problem however it didn't detract from a great stay in a lovely, well maintained place.

Booked a double room 2 months ago via Expedia to go to dusseldorf for the Xmas markets. On reaching the hotel and being allocated our room we found that it had 2 single beds not a double as requested and booked. Asked reception staff if we could have a double bed as we had requested and was told all the rooms in the hotel only had single beds. On talking to another couple who had only booked their room a couple of days earlier they actually had a double bed, so not too happy with this. Hotel staff were quite helpful directing us into the town centre and the room itself was kept very clean. The hotel is on the tram route 707 or 713, which take approx 10 minutes to get to the centre from the hotel, but it was a pleasant walk if the weather is nice. Xmas markets were ok but I still think that the one in Manchester is a lot better.

It is mistake to choose this hotel.It is not 4 star, not the room, not the service, not the location, not the bed and pillow, not the bathroom/towel, eveything here is no quality. And it has smell.. would rather pay 10 or 20 Euro more stay better hotel .
