Hotel Flora Düsseldorf

Stayed for one night on business trip. On my arrival,lady at reception greeted me with a smile.I was given a top floor attic room, which was clean, spacious, and had what looked like a brand new bathroom.I asked the lady at reception to recommend me a good fish restaurant,and had a wonderful meal in Fishaus, close to the river.Breakfast the following morning was exceptional. Would recommend this hotel to everyone, exceptional service and value

Booked a double room with two beds, instead got an entire one room apartment, with fully equipped kitchen. Clean and comfortable. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Good value for money!

A excellent deal for any hotel. The location is fine, within walking distance, although a long walk to the the Altstadt. But only 10 minutes by tram (day ticket for 2 people works out very cheap). Trams run late too. A welcoming hotel, with very good insulation on the windows so there is next to no noise from the street. Do not let the location put you off.

It's great stay, nice and helpful staff, great location near tram, the room is clean and big enough for 2 with balcony. One thing is the air conditioning not very cold enough.

Hotel Flora is a lovely little hotel located just away from the centre of Dusseldorf. My husband and I found it extremely comfortable and the staff were both cheerful and kind. Towels were changed daily and rooms were cleaned quite promptly. The space was larger than we both thought and homey to the point that sometimes I wanted to stay in bed more than I wanted to see the city; quite the accomplishment! Well done Hotel Flora, we will recommend you to everyone we know.

Arriving at the hotel at 11.45 we was told by hotels.com we could check in at 12 however to do this we had to pay extra as the hotels policy was check in at 2o'clock. Apart from this misunderstanding the hotel is in a good location near a tram stop, by buying breakfast at the hotel all public transport was covered by a hotel travel ticket which was the best way to travel into central Dusseldorf. Breakfast was a good choice and a good selection for the price and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Large room, impressive interior design, everything working, very nice stay for little money.

Warm welcoming, clean room, booked double bed but had two single bed pushed together. asked for double bed but morning staff were not so helpful so ended up moving to room number 41, no safe in the new room and sometimes during the second day entry was made by an electronic key fob and £800 worth camera parts were stolen,, The police were called to record the incident. After the rubbery we never felt secure so we were moved to a different hotel by the hotel management... never heard from the hotel regarding to stolen items,,, There was no dead luck on the door and there was also evidence of the previous entry. We cannot understand how an electronic system can have a duplicate fob, we would expect the code be change with each visitor.
