El personal del hotel es insuperable. Hicimos una reserva de habitación de no fumadores y al no tener la misma nos dieron una bastante superior sin pagar nada extra.Fueron excelentes anfitriones, nos guardaron las maletas tanto el día de entrada hasta el día que dejábamos la habitación para que pudiésemos hacer turismo sin equipaje. Cualquier duda fueron súper atentos y no faltó detalle alguno. Es el hotel más recomendable de todo Nagoya, porque además de todo eso, su ubicación es muy céntrica.

No hay nada negativo que poner, todo perfecto.

部屋が思ったより広め 部屋の清潔感は毎回完璧

氷のサーバーに何度も取りに行くのが少し面倒。 部屋にもう少し大きめの氷保存容器が有ればなぁと感じました
