L'hôtel était très bien situé. L'accueil était parfait. Nous avons pu avoir la chambre un peu plus tôt. La propreté est irréprochable ! La literie impeccable. Rapport qualité prix imbatable. Bravo aux équipes, notre séjour était parfait !

The hotel & room was beautiful & in a fabulous part of Nagoya & close to the trains. Very spacious rooms & lovely staff.

For a 3 star hotel it was amazing. If this hotel is only 3 stars then the star rating is rubbish and makes no sense. I've stayed at supposedly 5 star rated hotels before and they clearly use the star rating liberally. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The facilities were fantastic. The staff were really accommodating and friendly (they even reversed the direction of the escalators for us). The room size was great. The hot water heating is split into heat and flow controls which is superior to normal twist hot and cold taps. Should be a 4/5 star hotel. Makes no sense.

Cafe should open earlier. Doesn't make sense to only open at 9am when people in the hotel have left for the day. Even Vietnamese hotels serve breakfast/coffee much earlier. Also, why don't you advertise your Cafe opening hours on your website? That doesn't make sense.

Spacious and clean

La localización, la cama, y el espacio en la habitación estan bastante bien. La acogida y atención al cliente perfecta.

Las moquetas por todas partes no me gustaron mucho. El rincón de cafetería siempre esuvo cerrado cuando tenía ganas de ir a tomar algo. Y no hay opcion de desayuno europeo (solo thé tostado y thé verde en la habitación)

The twin room was spacious and could fit a family of 4. Extra towels and slippers were also provided for the children. Room cleaning can be requested daily and they also provide new set of towels.

There is no elevator to the reception which is on the 2nd floor of the building. But you can ask the staff to change the direction of the escalator in case you are going down with large suitcases or stroller. The breakfast provided is an obento. If you want something warm in the morning or if you are staying for more than 2 nights, you might want to consider other breakfast options than the one offered in the hotel. Only tea is provided in the room.
