Baan Manthana Hotel

I asked room and asked can they change bed sheets, because low season and rooms where long time without customers. I understand that they will do but they did not. They can not understand that bed sheet have to change after 4 - 6 moths even tough there is nobody in -- . So there was dust fees and i had to get an other room from other hotel that i could sleep after shower etc.. take room first only one night to test this. Otherwise good hotel, good location etc.

Every time I'm going to hua hin I'm always choosing this hotel, it's cheap 900baht but room clean , mattress and pillows comfortable, every day cleaning and fresh towels and bed sheets if you require, it's just 1 min away from night central market and there is a big parking , room are very very quiet

Overall a positive experience. Central location to all the markets and 10 or so minutes walk to the beach. Reception was helpful and assisted with transfer back to bkk.Distant ocean view on a clear day and wifi was ok.

Hotel is basic and for the price you get what you are paying for (27usd). clean room, ok bed, fridge and ok pool. hotel have 2 receptions, 1 is closed during night. CCTV location is good in city center, 1-2minute walking to night market.

If you want a clean and cheap (well for Hua Hin) hotel near the night (2 mins walk) this is it. On the same street as a small bus station so good for travellers wanting buses to Bangkok or heading further south. No noise from night market. Hotel is dated but rooms were very clean. Gave the small pool a miss as it has seen better days. Reception was very untidy and not welcoming. Staff were looking after children, toys all over the place, not a good first impression! Were not welcomed to the hotel, staff were more interested in playing with the kids. Free parking was a bonus. Would we return? ... probably not.

The hotel is located 50 yards off a busy street and that gives it a nice, quiet feel, even though you are just a block from the night market and a handful of very good restaurants. The front desk is pretty basic and the welcome may be a bit muted but the rooms are relatively modern, they are kept rather clean and the beds are comfortable. My room actually had a decent view to the North, I like the upper floors a bit more than the lower. All in all I would say this is a good place if you can get the price down below 1000 baht. I spent a bit more (1100 baht) but it was a busy week.

The hotel is very close to the night markets with many restaurants nearby. It is a 15 minute walk to the seafront area where you can take a horse ride on the beach. The rooms are large and clean with a balcony. It is an older hotel and room facilities are adequate but not in the luxury class.The staff are helpful and willing to help their guests. A laundry is very close to the hotel for easy access and use. There are no taxis as such here so the baht bus is the best way to travel around and there are stops near the hotel making transport relatively easy. For entertainment the bar area near the Hilton Hotel is in walking distance from the hotel. There are tours available from the hotel and the swimming pool can be used daily. For its price it is a reasonable place to stay.

The location was excellent close to the city centre but was not noisy , the hotel was a good price and had everything you would need but just a little tired, the bed was huge and very comfortable

This hotel offers reasonable clean, spacious rooms with a balcony TV needs upgrading and A/C works adequately . The hotel is in a good location for the town centre, for bar/restaurants and night market; it is a 10-15minute walk down to the seafront and 'old town' area with the many bars & restaurants. There is a pool with small seating area, and you will have to time it correctly to catch the sun! This hotel is what it is for the price and therefore do not expect luxuries and although it is centrally located it is a quiet area

Not good for a person who against with dust. But this place is easily to find foods.
