纽约的酒店员工可能跟其它地区的相比，更加实际，公式化，人情味少了。预定的是三人住的两张大床的房间，结果结账的时候，还多收了一个人的额外费用。明明有入住前的双方信息沟通做证明，他们也坚持不退钱。酒店地理位置一般，出行不那么方便。

Never stayed-it was canceled on us by hotel

We were contacted by hotel manager the morning of the day we were staying, telling us that due to emergency the room has been canceled! We were about to fly out CA to NY arriving late-very upsetting as we had booked and paid well in advance through Booking.com! Looking up the next day rates, they were in $800 per night we had pd 0ver $200-seems like they resold the room for a better profit. We had a cruise ship reservation leaving the next AM so was very stressful! When we arrived in Southampton UK our car we had reserved and paid for through Booking.com was not available despite confirmation numbers for both booking.com and Enterprise-the office had closed over 1 month ago!. Had to take an expensive taxi to next hotel (booked through Booking.com)-very stressful. Have used Booking.com for years-not impressed on this trip. Still waiting for some time of resolution for car rental reimbursement and taxi fare.

Erica and obed the manager were super helpful, would highly recommend to anybody visiting Brooklyn! Gave free early check in!

Excellent hôtel with beautiful, comfortable rooms. The staff is exceptionally welcoming , friendly, and attentive to guests needs, I highly recommande this property.

The room was very comfortable and staff was kind. I liked the disposable cups with covers available in the room.

It was quite noisy (pipe noises, other rooms, people slamming doors...) and the breakfast didn't have any options. As someone who is gluten intolerant and allergic to milk proteins, I could only eat the fruits.
