MOOSEJAW INN

We really loved the Indian restaurant that was on site. Everything was very good. We wished that they sold wine at the restaurant, as they sold beer, but i had to buy wine at the office. No big deal. There eas a pool and hot tub area that looked amazing but we didn't have our suits so didn't use it but it would have been wonderful and there was NO ONE to share it with.

The heating was too hot for us with no way to control except by opening the windows or turning on the air conditioner. The bathroom plug didn't work for my hairdryer that I brought, thankfully cause there wasn't one provided.

The price

The pool area was ice cold, ceiling was leaking and hot tub wasn’t working

Everything was as we had hoped ! Only disappointing thing … was the breakfast was not available until 8AM and we needed to leave at 7

The staff is amazing, helpful and friendly

Bathroom fan didn’t work. Something disgusting frozen to bottom of freezer.

The bed was excellent…thank you for that and I loved that we could step out into the pool area through our door. One other thing I loved was how quiet it was…that was a blessing! The staff were very accommodating and the hotel restaurant was excellent.

The toilet paper holder just about fell off the wall. The shower head was ru#ted to a point of falling off. The walls needed a good cleaning or at least a coat of paint. The building was incredibly hot and the air conditioner would only run for a short time before shutting down. As a person wth a gluten allergy it would have been nice to have something other than just yogurt and fruit for the continental breakfast. How about oatmeal…everyone from diabetics to celiacs can have that. I did suggest this to the staff upon leaving. We did find garbage under the bed as well. And the hot tub had dirt on the floor of it.

My bed was very comfortable to sleep in.
