Easy access

There was shit on toilet paper on the floor in my bathroom from previous tenants, not very clean. Had to ask to replenish toilet paper, the never bothered while trying to “clean” room

Not a terrible experience, just things that need to be updated and renovated. The office people had a bit of an attitude which was frustrating, the hottub was relaxing, the beds are very comfy (if you like a softer bed) and the rooms are what you would expect for what you pay. The most frustrating part of this experience is the fact that the rooms had no heat in them. All of the heat in the building seemed to be in the front office area while our rooms fan system only pushed cold air, and the occasional 2 minutes of warm air. The showers need to be updated (do not expect good water pressure) and the overall hotel needs a renovation to help all of the systems be even better.

Hallway was too cold

I liked the room was next to the pool area. the building was quiet.

The smell of the place had a musty kind of smell and i still have sinus issues since i left. You have to call the front desk if you don't make it when they are there. Breakfast was only served until 9am

Room was clean, and comfortable

The pool was out of order, and that was the reason I booked at Moosejaw Inn, but was only informed when we got there, that the pool was out of order

Comfortable room. Breakfast was appreciated

Accessibility needs work on. Walk in shower or a bath chair.(at home we can rent from RED Cross. No visible handicapped parking. We parked close to door but it was designated for short term for the liquor store attached to the motel.

The room was outdated, bathroom was gross. Tub had hair in drain, toilet didn’t flush. We could hear the neighbours.
