Tune Hotel Georgetown Penang

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff which is Ton and Ruban were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, close to shops and restaurants. Overall, a good experience and I would stay here again.

I came from Indonesia to Penang for my spuse's medical treatment. During our stay, the service at the hotel was excellent. The front desk staff l, Fadhlan and Shafiq were very helpful and kind. They assisted me during checkin and even upgraded our room, which made our stay more comfortable. The room was clean, room cleaning good team lead by Sakinah. I truly apprwciate their warm hospitality and professional service. Thank you for making our stay easier during this time.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the warm ambiance and elegant decor throughout the hotel. The location was ideal, close to key attractions, restaurants, and public transport, yet peaceful enough to relax after a long day. Definitely will return for the next visit!

This is the first time i stay here, the layanan is so great. The receptionist that assist me that time is a cool guy named Tan, with his assisstant, im feels greatfull to stay here in the future.

Hotel so clean and receptionist friendly, for good service. Counter staff Shafiq and delly very helpful. Give us early check in after tired travel from kuala lumpur. So far lobby clean. Our connecting room affordable. Strategic hotel location in town.

Very helpful staff, need to change check in dates and can do with no hassle and quickly responded even by email even when booking thought other apps. Very clean, and easy to find. Center of the city. Got complimentary early check in. Overall great management.

The room is clean and new . The hotel is situated in the heart of Georgetown. Moreover the reception staff especially Ms. Nurazlin is very friendly and helpful . I will come to Penang frequently and will stay here most of the time just for the services provided here.
