Tune Hotel Georgetown Penang

It's been a pleasure to stay here. easy access to anywhere, cheap, but very well service indeed. I love this, and i also stayed here back in 2019. Will visit here again. Thank you

I love this hotel because they serve us good and the place is very clean and comfy. From the Lobby in the 2nd Floor , they provide tv and iron room. Its so helpful for us that not bring iron along our travels. Thank you to Mr Mohd Auzae bin Mohd Salleh as a General Manager in this hotel for giving us discount because we are still student hihihi.

I stayed for one night only but the staff here is nice and friendly. The staff named Sakinah helped me bring down my luggage with my luggage trolley when I said my items were a lot. She helped bring down my luggage. Thank you so much. Overall the room was clean and comfortable to stay. Worth the stay.

The room is quite small, but it offers a lovely view. It's very clean, although we didn’t have enough space to store all our shopping bags. :) Mr Putasnen Nagadaran was exceptionally helpful and proactive. He made sure my early check-in request was fulfilled with a clean room ready upon arrival, and he even greeted me by name when he saw me in the corridor while he was conducting checks on the other rooms. He took the time to respond to my email sent late at night—while I was out during the day—with detailed information about nearby parking options in case the hotel’s lot was full. We’ll be returning because of Mr Putasnen’s outstanding service, not because of the hotel itself.

Another excellent stay at our favourite Penang budget hotel. Tune delivers excellent value for high priced Penang. Staff are well trained and welcoming. The hotel has recently been renovated and comfortable chairs in reception, a big screen TV to watch and hot and cold water freely available make this hotel a joy to stay at. Room was small and comfy but view was exceptional. Thank you Tune hotel for another great stay.

The bed is comfortable and the service is really good! The staff is also really friendly. The facilities provided are also sufficient.

Friendly reception staff Delly, approach me in a nice manner and politely. Very nice environment of the hotel, great location and convenient to travel around the tourist spots.
