The hotel is ok with the price you paid for. The room service never provide new towel and no hot shower. Internet acces is allowed for device only.

Location is quite good if you like to shop, but is about 12km from city center, there's lots of transport available though. Amenities will cost you, make sure you get whatever it says is included before you leave the service counter, like WiFi passwords, tv and aircon are extras, available but not included. Rooms are clean and in good condition.

Not provided second keycard even when double room booked. Dirty hotel, room not very clean. Ubsafe windows. Room can be easily accessed via window. Safe not working. Wi-fi worked fine. Good location, but other hotels at same location are better value.

The smallest Tune Hotels so far. Quite disappointed with the service at Tune Hotels. Book Tune Hotels via hotels.com & all the wifi, cable TV & air-cond are included in the package. But when I enter the room, it's very disappointing that wifi, air-cond & TV not available. According to the lady at the front desk, the service is as per request. Everything only been included in my room after I lodge complain at the front desk because I have already paid for the room package. The room service is quite slow. Still haven't make up my room even it's already afternoon. But the front desk guy is very helpful.

everything is allright! love tune hotel just dont like the house keeping wake me up in the early morning :( the hotel should inform the house keeper whether we check out late or not and we dont even put the "clean our room" at the door. anyway, thanks for the good services

A three days stay. we booked 3 rooms. Location and price were the factor we choose Tune Hotel. Located within the vicinity of One Borneo Shopping complex. Hotel was nice. Except for the water problem and single key cards, everything else were okay. For two days in a row we have a problem of water supply in the bathroom. This has affected our activities on those days. While the key card problems, we were only given one key card for each room. It is difficult when we have to do things on our own time, because the key card is also used to open the access door to the elevator.

This hotel claims to have a 5 start service at the price of a 1 star Hotel. Well, it is not so far from the truth. The service was excellent, and rooms are comfortable and clean. It is a very good value for that price. It is located inside 1 Borneo mall so quite far from what the city has to offer. There is no more free shuttle to get to the city from the mall. However, you can catch a bus or taxi easily outside the mall. It is definitely a place I recommend if you have something to do around this area.
