we got a spacious room & it is comfortable, except for the toilet that have a bit mold on the wall inside the bathroom. Overall it is a good experience staying a night there.

Room light switches would not allow all lights to be turned out simultaneously. Lousy sleep with glaring florescent light.

Small room... No phone in room.. Early check-out room around 11AM.. Not good.. Disappointed me..

It was a nice stay as a more budget friendly hotel. The bathroom was abit small, the small puny TV wasn't working, and the glass door of the bathroom has no lock on it so don't expect privacy when living with someone else. Overall it is a okay hotel and i would return again if i am on a tighter budget.

It was a rough night

Honestly if you are going to be out all day, you may be ok. There is no phone in the room. So you have to go downstairs any time you have an issue or question The hotel is a "no smoking" hotel, but as soon as you he to the floor there is a strong cigarette smell. I ended up changing to The Grand Borneo, which is next door, included a a phone in your room, indoor swimming pool, and breakfast.

The location is very convenient for shopping and worth the money. Staff quite helpful.
