"NOT convenient in terminal hotel"

This hotel is NOT fast to get to and from the airline check in. You have to exit the airport, walk across the street to the OTHER Tune hotel so that you can catch a shuttle (which only comes every two hours!) to the proper hotel which is 30 minutes drive!

"Tune Aeropolis"

Staff were very helpful. Great location near the airport. And the shopping outlet if you need to shop. You can take a free shuttle the other Tune Hotel near the airport and buy food and snacks there.

Excellent welcome by YaYa on Reception. Free coffee vouchers at Makan for return guests. Really comfy beds, compact rooms, cool air con, hot shower and clothes and shoe hanger. Sleep quality 5/5. Free shuttle from Tune KLIA2. Good Asian breakfast at Makan cafe attached to hotel. Overall a first class stay for two weary world travellers. Thank you YaYa and Tune staff.

"Sleepless due to window latch broken. Noise from traffic outside made a sleepless night. No basic amenity."

Worst hotel I ever stayed. The window could not be latched, the noise from the outside is so loud I cant even.sleep. no.face tissue is provided. Never gonna stay here again

The bed is covy. Just the space is not enough to perform solah. Other is ok just to stay for a while. Thank you. Might be come again for staying for a night
