This was a simple overnight transit stop and for that it worked. Surprised just how long it took to get there from the airport but got a Grab and it worked.

I used it as a transit hotel. It sufficed for that. Small room but did the job.

The hotel and staff are fine. TINY rooms but as expected. Clean, efficient and friendly. However, we were leaving out of terminal 2 so I wanted to stay at the hotel right outside of terminal 2 so all we had to do was get up and walk to our gate in the morning. The website kept pushing me to this Tune Hotel at Aeropolis instead. So we booked it. As we checked in we were told that the SHUTTLE only runs every other hour so to get to the terminal in time for our flight we had to leave an hour and a half earlier than we really needed to just to get on the shuttle. And the shuttle was a 20+ minute drive. We our amazing condo in KL a day early to stay at Tune and not have to get up so early but because of the shuttle only running every other hour and it being a 20 minute commute, we actually got up earlier than we would have it we had just stayed in KL. What a waste of our time.....

It isn't easy to open the door. The lock is kinda stuck, making it difficult to open the room's door. The room has a powerful painting smell, which could affect people's health. I felt so dizzy just only after one night. Therefore, I am not gonna repeat this hotel anymore, very terrible.

Absolute waste of money I got this hotel for a night layover in KUL airport. This is not at all close to airport.. it’s about 18kms or more from KLIA moreover there is no free shuttle service from the airport to hotel The rooms are really tiny and not at all worth Plz don’t waste money here rather spend it at rest and go at the airport. I strongly not recommend this at all

Perfect hotel for a one night stopover. The bed, the space, the bathroom, everything was fine for a cheap one night stay. But it is very far from the terminal. The no window option is great because your cut off from outside once in your room and you can’t tell what time of day .. that’s nice . Just didn’t like that they don’t have laundry or and ice machine . A mini fir deh in the room would have been nice

We spent one night at Tune Hotel KLIA Aeropolis, and honestly, it was far from great. The experience felt more like a hostel (HLMR vibes) than a proper hotel. Before arriving here, we had stayed at the other Tune Hotel near KLIA2, which was absolutely exceptional—so arriving at this one was a real letdown. The rooms were small, noisy, and the sheets were stained, which was unacceptable. It didn’t feel clean or comfortable at all. Adding to the disappointment, the location wasn’t as convenient as expected. Despite being marketed as close to KLIA1, it actually felt quite far when driving, making it pretty pointless to stay here if you’re heading to KLIA1. If I had to do it again, I’d much rather stay at the other Tune Hotel near KLIA2. It’s only a few minutes extra by car to KLIA1 and offers a far superior experience. In comparison, this one simply doesn’t measure up and isn’t worth it. I wouldn’t recommend it.
