Its location.

The breakfast is poor and the stuff isn’t nice.

The breakfast was ok, had to go next door to the cafe for it, could do with being a bit more varied. Location was very central and withing walking distance to everything. Staff were really helpful and friendly.

The terrace in the maisionette needs better seating, two tiny metal chairs and a bistro table, although only two of us it wasn't comfortable sitting out on it. The bar area in the hotel was closed as was the restaurant. The booking stated that there was airport transfers but there wasn't. Also no comfortable seating in the apartment which was disappointing. The only comfortable place to sit was on the bed.

All the staff were very helpful and friendly and carried our bags to our room on arrival. Everything was explained clearly, such as breakfast times and breakfast menu. The accommodation is ideally located in the old Town within walking distance to restaurants and the harbour. The bus station is also nearby if you want to take trips out to places like Agea Marina, which has some lovely beaches.

Everything was good.

Location was good, breakfast was ok

The staff at arrival were non existent, the room was dusty. The cleaners took away our top sheet and didn't return it. The friend travelling with us was put in a room at least 400 metres from ours down a alley, she was a woman travelling on her own, her "suite"was expensive, dirty and half completed with a rangehood a sink but all other cooking facilities removed. Her experience was nothing of abysmal

Location with good access to town centre.

No staff to assist throughout the stay, room was not cleaned regularly and the bed’s top sheet was removed during the stay. Room was outdated, with old furnishings. A futile kitchen sink and range hood were included in the ‘deluxe’ room. The owners were more interested in running their bar/ coffee shop than the ‘hotel’.
