Lovely lady on reception, very helpful, advised us to go for the upgrade for an extra £10 which we were happy with. Advised us where we could park for free and informed us where we could find the nearest bars. Also Bed comfy, slept really well , everything we needed for a one night stay . Better than we expected for the price we paid

Shower pressure was a bit poor but not a problem for us

The lady on the front desk was lovely if we ever needed anything she would help us out.

The bed was abit slanted dipped on one side, the room was freezing at night and the fact they haven’t had the lift fixed since 2016
